The correct answer to this open question is the following.
The historical circumstances that led to the establishment of settled societies in the Indus Valley were the following.
The Indus Valley civilization is one of the oldest cultures known on planet Earth.
Historians believe that the Indus civilization is as older as the Sumerians, in Mesopotamia.
Also known as the Harappan civilization, the first settlement of the Indus people was next to the Indus River. Since those ancestral times, the Harappans developed an important culture around agriculture. As a result of this, the Indus people strengthen their kingdom in the region. What was the outcome of the sepoy rebellion in India?
A The British East India Company was rewarded for it effectively stopping the Rebellion
B the British withdrew all troops and agencies from india temporarly
C the Indians receive greater levels of Independence
D the British government took control and implemented direct rule
Answer:
The British East India Company wins. Indians did not win due to power conflicts between Muslims and Hindus. It was the British rule over India.
Explanation:
The sepoy insurrection in India resulted in the British government assuming power and imposing direct rule. As a result, choice (D) is appropriate.
What is the sepoy rebellion? The Indian Mutiny, also known as the Sepoy Mutiny or the First War of Independence, was an extensive but ultimately fruitless uprising against British rule in India between 1857 and 1859. It was started at Meerut by Indian soldiers (sepoys) working for the British East India Company, and it quickly spread to Agra, Kanpur, Delhi, and Lucknow. In India, it is frequently referred to as the First Independence War and other names that are similar.
The sepoy mutineers' underlying resentments against British taxes and previous land annexations by the English East India Company (EEIC) also fueled their rage, and within weeks, numerous Indian army units joined peasant armies in a sweeping uprising.
The British government immediately liquidated the East India Company in favor of direct sovereignty over India. In addition, the British administration started a policy of consulting with Indians.
Hence, option (D) is accurate.

I took the quiz and got it right
This isn't help with an assignment more of helping understanding a history thing. So my question is, how does a country purchase something from another one? Wouldn't Dollars be worthless to Britain? Also how is it possible for the government to go broke, can't they just print the money, plus if they make the currency, couldn't they just change it. I get that Money from one country is worth some amount in another country, but how the heck would the other country benefit from foreign money, like don't they print the money, and having foreign money wouldn't help with purchasing things in their own country. I don't know a lot about this type of stuff, so I could be wrong, i'm not even entirely sure countries print money. This is my first brainly question so sorry if it's long.
Answer:
A country purchases something from another country through agreements or quite simply a business deal, when dealing with a foreign currency the country exchanges the dollar for another type of money. Let's say you're an American and you want to go to Mexico, obviously you can't use American dollar to buy something in Mexico. Then you go and exchange that money for a Mexican dollar "peso," now you have Mexican money and they have American money and then Mexico can use that American money to buy things in American vice versa. A government can go broke due to recessions this includes, lack of jobs, frequent bankruptcies, and poor economy in general. Yes a country can just print more money but that does not mean it has value, you don't just add more fuel to the flames in hopes of extinguishing it. For example, there's a dollar in Zimbabwe that has a value of around 100 trillion but the dollar is not valuable, in fact, that dollar is worth 40 cents in American money. Adding onto "why can't a government print more money," if it was that easy why isn't each country as prosperous as the US for example.
